Hello parents,
Sorry for the late post! I know many of you have gone to bed, looking forward to seeing your son or daughter tomorrow. We've all just come back from a great evening of music, games, and stories. The kids seem both sad to be leaving Istorlet and excited to be coming home and seeing their families. We've had an amazing time, and you'll all be hearing lots of stories about the counsellors, the food, the great activities, and all the silly inside jokes.
We have a very early morning tomorrow \(the head counsellor won't say what time exactly, but I have a sneaking suspicion it will be around 5:30), and a big day on the boat. The kids will be having their lunch on the boat, and the expected arrival in Souris is 1:00. If it will be anything like last time, I suspect we'll be a bit later than that. On our way to the Maggies the boat started about 25 minutes later than expected. We're hoping to arrive in Summerside at 3:00. Once again we may be a bit late.
Thank you to all of you for all your cooperation and support. We greatly appreciate you placing your trust in us and allowing us to take your child on this cultural adventure.
