Hello all,
What a day! It was hard waking everyone up in the tents this morning - Sean S. was a big help!We had another big day, with kids going to kayaking, biking, walking, sailing, and archery. I was at archery this morning, and while I won't be at the olympics any time soon, Brae and Abby M. did an amazing job! Abby won the game for everyone, and Brae racked up the points. My team didn't do so well, so I had to eat my lunch without utensils. It wasn't so bad - until I found out we had ice cream for dessert.
Tonight was games night - it was lots of fun. Everyone has headed off to bed, and they hopefully got a glimpse of the beautiful double rainbow.
The kids are doing a great job getting used to their new schedules - they're going straight to bed, washing their own dishes, and speaking lots of French! While I watched from the balcony today I was amazed to see all the new friendships forming, and everyone cooperating together.
